1. Our Commitment

Still Echo is a 100% offline app. We respect and protect your privacy: the app does not collect, upload, or share any personal data, and it requires no account or sign-in.

This app is distributed in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Singapore and South Africa. We operate in line with the data-protection laws of those markets — including the UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and Canada's PIPEDA. Because we collect no personal data, there is nothing we sell, share, or use to build a profile about you.

2. What We Collect

The Still Echo app does not collect any personal data. Your whispers, photos, reading history, highlights and notes, reading-plan progress, story progress, audio playback state, and quota records are stored only in local databases on your device.

This website places no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts.

3. How Data Is Processed

All content processing (AI interpretation, photo recognition, Bible retrieval, reflection generation, speech synthesis, and music playback) happens entirely on your device and requires no network connection. We use no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs, build no user profiles, and send no data to any server.

4. Data Deletion

You can permanently delete all whispers and photos at any time via Settings → Erase All Whispers. Uninstalling the app also removes all local data. Deleted data cannot be recovered.

5. Purchases

Still Echo offers two one-time lifetime purchases — Pro and VIP. All purchases are handled by Apple via the App Store (StoreKit 2); there are no subscriptions and nothing renews automatically. Apple manages your payment information under its own privacy policy. We never touch or store any of your payment details.

6. Notifications

The daily-verse notification uses local notifications and requires no network connection; it contains only locally generated verses and reflections.

7. Website Visits

This website is hosted by Vercel. When you visit this site, Vercel may record standard access logs (such as IP address and access time) in accordance with its standard terms of service, for hosting and security. These logs are unrelated to Still Echo app data and are never used for profiling.
